Just got off the phone with abu garcia.Needed some reel parts.Don`t be afraid to call.Total came to 3.50$including the shipping!!Nice gal.GREAT CUSTOMER service !!!!!

The Abu repair center is also very responsive. However, as much as it pains me to admit it as a long time Ambassadeur guy, the quality of their reels has gone down hill since Berkley bought them out.
