STOP BUYING MUSKIE TACKLE IMMEDIATELY!!!

Post by pikerule2 »

The subject line is a shameless attempt to get you to open this and remind you of all the great merchandise that will be available at the March 3 banquet. Last year was my first, and not knowing any better I had already done plenty of winter tackle buying before the banquet. I really regretted that I could've obtained a number of those items there and helped out the cause at the same time, had I waited until that day.

So I ask you to wait and see what's there before more online ordering etc. There will plenty of time left for that after the banquet. Lure/tackle companies represented include, but are not limited to: Amma Bamma, Muskie Innovations, Willey's Bucktails, Drifter tackle (several of their brands), Bobbie, Suick, Widowmaker, MuskyMayhem, FigRig rods, Bikini Baits, Esox Angler, Frabill, Normark Rapala, Stearns, Lakewood, Grandma, Dunwright, Hawgseeker, Professional Edge rods, Muskie Mojo, Talonz, Fred Bechetti, Pflueger, and Steve Voight (Muskie Machinery). Don't miss it!!

Also present will be Truglide and Les Chubbies. Trueglide baits has some of the nicest paint/finish of any baits out there. Les Chubbies are the infamous jointed hard knocking trolling bait Marc Thorpe ha successfully used to put ottawa giants in his clients hands.

Don't forget we have some guided trips too!

A one day trip with Bob Devine, on St Clair or the Detroit River, will be the door prize, everyone with a dinner ticket gets a shot at this. The trip can be used as a Walleye or Muskie trip in 2007. www.chartertalk.com

A one day trip with Mike Ice
in Indiana. With the great, nearly "all season" fishing in Indiana, this is a great trip to get your feet wet (not literally) in Hoosier waters. www.icemansguideservice.com

This trip will be in the Live Auction

The feature trip this year will be three days on Mille Lacs with Steve Jonesi. Mille Lacs just keeps turning out giants. Many fish in the 50# range (yes I said 50#) were caught this year on Mille Lacs.

This trip will be in the live auction. The winner will arrange the dates in 2007 with Steve. Value of this trip is $1050 - www.stevejonesi.com

Why Steve? Here's why!

The trip with Bob Devine is a door prize, the other trips are in the live auction.

What do you get with membership? That completely depends on what type of membership you choose.
If you choose the Muskies, Inc. membership you get MUSKIE magazine, you get access to the members only part of the Muskies, Inc. website which includes the Lunge Log.

Some MMA benefits are:
Figure Eight newsletter.
Access to the members only area of the forum. 7 forums you can't see right now AND the fishing report forums that include two years of archived reports.

A supporting member does not get the Muskies, Inc. benefits, you get the MMA benefits but most importantly the satisfaction of knowing that the money you spent on membership will stay in Michigan.

Also added is a day casting St Clair in my boat. If you win this auction item you’ll get one day on St. Clair during July, August or September.

A few fish that ended up in my net in 2006 casting St Clair...
