Sanford Lake Question

Post by Burglar34 »

Hey Guys I fished Sanford today for about 4 hours today. Water temps were between 52 and 54 degrees, weeds could be found in 5-7 ft of water and bait fish were scattered. I trolled the north end of the lake at 3mph with 4in torpedos and different sized bucktails, but no luck. I was thinking about casting a large weedbed in 5-7 ft of water next time but was wondering if I should try warmer water (warmer water dosen't have weeds yet) or the dropoffs on the channel. Thanks Guys
