Banquet thank you's!

Post by TWilliams »

Well it was another great night. Even though we didn't have as many attendees as we would have liked it was a good turnout. I want to thank all that attended.

As you know we had a very large assortment of custom painted baits this year, and i must say they all looked AMAZING! One thing is for sure we have some talented bait makers and painters in this club. Thank you guys very much!!!

Want to thank everybody that helped this year from obtaining merchandise to the people who helped at the event. This banquet can't happen without all of you.

Make sure you check out all of the manufacturer's that had products at the event. If you saw something you liked but weren't able to out bid someone for it, go and buy it and give it a try.

I now leave the banquet duties in the capable hands of Jim TenHaaf and Scott Scarpelli. Feel free to contact them and give them your input on the next banquet.

See you on the water!

Trevor

Thanks Trev. You and the team have done a great job with the banquet the last several years. I really don't think it can get much better.

Thanks to everyone it was a great event.

I went to my first ever. I can't wait for the next one. I just wish I could have had more time getting there, without such a jam packed day leading up to it.

Thanks to all that put in time to make this great. Trevor in his last year running the show went out with a bang for sure - thank you!

A big thanks also to Tim Donnelley and Jim tenHaaf for wrangling merchandise.

As always if you have any ideas or feedback on how this can get better please let me know.

I want to thank everyone that put a bid on or purchased any items from the Grand Rapids Veterans! I will let them all know that they all had great bids on their handy work. Thanks to all of the MMA participants. I am happy I can see my kitchen table again as it was covered with items for the banquet. And just so you all know, I have the wig and somebody will be wearing it as "Vanna" next year. [smilie=2thumbsup.gif]

There's NO way it can be me! My skin is just way to dark to pull it off.
