That is almost impossible to answer because each situation will be different. Because they're shallow (relative term) it will make your presentation more effective than trying to catch a fish that has gone beyond sanctuary depth. Shallow fish (remember were not talking dinks here) will be on the best structure, ruling out a lot of water. The presentation you choose is secondary to location because location will determine presentation.
