Fished 1130am – 5pm, water Thorn clear w a darkish color recovering from the last heavier rains, level a little high and dropping, weeds seasonal, clingy wet turds still mess up some shallow casts. Surface temps 46-48 east to west. A few pike swings and one caught in 4 hours w no sign of a muskie but then 4 muskie hits in an hour in a fall window. I still suck and got just 1 in the bag and 1 almost in, the others shook off quick. I’ll take it though, and was encouraging for November.
