I found this pic on a friend that went to ferris on facebook. I believe it was her relative or older brother that caught this muskie, in Beaverton.

From the looks of the pic though it wasn't properly taken care of and looks like it could of died, pity.

Yeah it did die because he had no intention of releasing it!! The same fate of most huge muskies caught by non "muskie anglers".

yea no kidding, that is a thick, mature fish. i would say that would have to be at least 43-45 inches? anyone else?

I HAVE A GUY AT WORK WHO GOT A 36 INCHER THU THE ICE AT MURRAY LAST YEAR AND ATE IT.THOUGHT IT WAS A PIKE.HE WAS SO HAPPY COS HE KNEW I LOVED MUSKIES AND HAD TO SHOW ME THE DIG PIXS.

HE FELT….HOOOOORIBLE !! I GAVE HIM SOME INFO ON REGS,PIXS,ID`S,ETC….HE HAD TO GO HOME THAT NIGHT AND TELL HIS SON THEY MURDERED A MUSKIE.FELT LIKE CRAP.

THEY CAUGHT A 39.5 LAST WEEKEND AT MURRAY(LIVE ON THE LAKE)AND CAREFULLY RELEASED IT QUICK ON A BLUEGILL…

OH WELL..ONE OUTTA TWO…BETTER THAN 2 DEAD..
