Cold weather and a busy schedule slowed my boat upgrades which are still in progress….
I retrofitted my copilot with Ipilot on my V2 and i cant say how pleased I am with the anchor, and track features that is spot on and awesome for concentrating fishing weedbeds and plotted points/dropoffs. I have a copilot head unit (modern compass electronics) and foot pedal I will be selling or donating for auction soon. Aweome upgrade for minkota trolling motors for smaller boats like mine.

Next: side carpeting, and after that imron in the the spraybake booth for the boat and trailer..
My neighbors are happy now that I am done pounding #6 rivets in my garage on this project..
So why bother with this when I could buy a bigger, better equipped boat? Well, we inherited it from my late father in law who was a Muskie fanatic in MN and had wanted to do this to the boat. This summer I will be up in MN fishing his fav. Muskie lakes in it!
More pics when the paint hits the primer..
The trailer I will do myself, I have a friend at work that wants to do the boat, he does really nice work with the one step PPG and Imron paints. Everyone loves to paint and the booth makes it quick and clean.
Last project:
1 step Imron Met. Charcoal

That Imron had nice flow to it, it was a custom mix that match the boat when I brought it to the store. Having that downdraft keeps it fairly clean during paint. That paint def. sparkled, in the end someone got a great deal on a beautiful boat. I want to get our boat in to paint but man, I am in fish mode now.. catching/seeing fish makes it harder to take time to do it.. Thanks for the compliments, when I do this boat I wanna do it all in one shot, and that will put it down for a couple of weeks unfortunately.
