Looks great! Looks very similar to a guy who fishes muskies on LSC.

Great boat! Jeff (Esoxfly) has the same exact boat. You got a 620 Hull on a bay boat. It's perfect for any type of water and will handle LSC's nasty stuff. I've been in that boat with a 225 HP and it's a great ride! Any questions reach out to Jeff. He's an expert on boat maitenance and any type of electrical work.

Jeff B. took me out fishing in his boat five years ago, and I've been a fan of this particular model ever since. This Sportfisherman 200C is a model that, as far as I can tell, Ranger made for only about three years. It was hard for me to find many of these, but, this spring, I found this one in Maryland. It was quite the process and it took me a few months to bring her home.

She's not perfect. She has her warts and flaws, and this particular model is one of compromises. After thinking and thinking and thinking about this for a few years, I decided to go for the boat that I was the most excited about. Wish me luck!

If you ever need to fix some stuff on your new boat. Gelcoat, restoration, scratches, trailer, etc etc…I got the perfect guy. He used to work for Cabela's years ago and certified to do any work on Ranger Boats and truly the best in the business. He's located near Lansing, Mi and I've used him 3-4 times over the years. I won't take my boat to anyone else for cosmetic or gel coat repair. He's the best! If you ever need him let me know.

Thank you for your offer, Scott. I appreciate that. What you see in the picture at the top of this post is the handiwork of Ben Nowak. He made two repairs, installed a keel bumper, and then made the boat shiny again. The gelcoat was quite oxidized and cloudy before he worked on it. As for the functionality of the boat, I like the way it handles the water and I like standing/sitting up high behind the center console. Figure-eighting a muskie should work well from any position inside the boat too. The lesser storage and the two-cycle outboard that came with it were the main compromises. Here are some "before" photos below:

Yup…that's the guy! Ben Nowak is the best in biz! I used him several times and love his work.
