Depends on the boat vano, 17ft v was fine going with the current st c to ells, but against the current you might need a tug (shown here). Spiders seem to be healthy (yuck!) 😯 Tight lines!

Thanks, My dad bought a 16 ft alumacraft with the thought that it was narrower than the 17, specifically for that tube…now that he got a nice boat he doesn't want to try the tube! shoulda got the 17 fter [smilie=2thumbsup.gif]
but lately its getting from the channel into ells thats the problem…i'd like to see a solution to that other than dumping rocks along the shore by the park.

Having a used rig does help in situations like that…..I call it the IDGAF factor or WTFCs…..
