I have never ate bullheads, hear there good though. My buddy loves them but you have understand that he also likes pike liver, pike backbones, even ground up Y bones to make patties and not to mention yucky perch eggs LOL.

caught lotta nice bullheads like that in the summer at the marina by my dad's boat. Lot of fun they are.

Bullheads are one fish I first caught when I started fishing around age 6.
We used to bring them home, boil them so that we could peel the skin off and then cook them. They tasted nice and sweet.
