So you don't have a problem with this happening, Will?
I've never thrown these. They've just sat in my box for the past 3 weeks. As you can see, my sherbert color likes to bleed on my other ones. 👿

I see that you have "other" rubber mixed with the "good stuff" I'm guessing that might be the problem…

Still, the color from my sherbert bulldawg bled onto the golden sucker, and the super d.

Jim,
Just give 'em to me at the banquet… then you won't have to worry about that anymore [smilie=brows.gif]

well i know there was a talk with some of the plastics from the one company bleeding, but almost all plastics bleed regardless if u have them touching any other bait for an extended period of time specially if you have them in a warm area. Any other plastic bait ive had almost always bleeds if its touching other stuff, specially my bass baits etc.

What I was thinking is that the S-D's caused the Bulldawgs to bleed because something reacted.

Don't worry about the colors bleeding… if you look at any fish in the wild and compare it to another they're all different.

A couple tips..
– Store like colors/mfgrs. together when possible.
– New lures would be more likely to bleed than a lure that has been out of the package for a while. Keep new lures segregated from older lures.
– Last but most important: Take them fishing… get them shredded… buy new ones!

Toward that end, you can store unlike lures in the same Plano box if you keep them segregated by keeping one type or the other inside one of those heavy-duty gallon-size freezer bags inside the Plano box. The poly bags are pretty inert.

yea with all my bass plastics, if i dont have any in my wrap's bag, i leave them in a box and let a few diff colors sit together and i get a good mixture or added color to some of my lures, most of the time it gives a good extra touch to some of the lures.
