Just got from camping hence the late report. 7 people went to Birch Island Lodge and I was the only one seriously Muskie fishing.
Water temp 71 degrees, one 36"er in the boat, Right in front of the lodge on our way back to dinner.
Justin decides to stop casting for smallmouth and puts on rainbow trout depth raider, and bingo. Go figure. Fought up to 4 foot waves the last two days. 😕
Lots of BIG smallmouth.
