Water temps 64-67. Fished Dollarville flooding on Sat 8am-2pm Slow action. A couple of pike and one real nice fish swiped boat side but couldn’t get hooks into it. Sunday we launched at the mouth and drove a few miles up the river. Fished 8:30 am-2pm. A few follows and a couple of blow ups mostly on glides. Was only able to put one small fish in the boat and a couple pike. This was our first time fishing the river. It did not disappoint,in scenery alone. Did not come across another boat the whole day except a couple kayaks by the launch on are way in. We will definitely be back.

Funny how active they can get so quickly… super picky on what they will eat, but will chase and swipe at anything that swims! Nice work getting one to go tho!
