Is everyone planning their purchases for the live auction?

Someone needs to steal the Marc Thorpe trip from Dr Schultz and Dr Champion. Four days on that water gives you a really good shot at your personal best – just ask Chad about the 53.5 he caught there last year. If that doesn't convince you think about the three from 51.5 to 55.5 that Dr S and Dr C caught.

It could it be the trip of your life!

The $300 for Frank's Custom Rods is going to get someone a DREAM rod. Frank builds the nicest customs I've ever seen, his butt wraps are amazing. You might have seen the red/white/blue with the embeded Eagle at the Chicago Muskie Show. Someone is going to have a beautiful Diamondback from this auction. Chad wants this one and I don't think anyone should let him have it for less than $300!

How about the 2 day trip to the Cave with Crash's Guide service? I'm thinking about taking my wife on that one for our anniversary… Think she'll like it?

Then there are the two Shady Perch MMA Weagles… there are only two of those in the world. Maybe we need to start the bidding at $50 right now.

The Talonz Deep Threat is going to be mine, so don't even bother bidding on it.

Empty that bank account and warm up that Visa or Mastercard.

Has anyone ever told you that you are a bad influence? Sounds like I better get a second job. 😀

Ah yes, nothing quite like a "talking to" from mom on the way home. Good thing Zach does most of the bidding. Laugh I need the knipex pliers, too may hooks in me, so little time to get them out. Also a bump board would be nice. Don't know if I'm man enough for that Weagle bid.

We have over 90 Live and Silent auctions guys. I am just finalizing the list… There were a couple big spenders at the banquet last year who will not be there this year. We still need to gross the same amount or more if we are going to continue to raise baby muskies…

Empty the bank account and bring the checkbook…

Diamondback… Trueglide… Weagle…. Ottawa… Bikini's…

Ahhhhh….. I am going to sleep good dreaming tonight.

See you tomorrow.

Man I wish I was going to be there. That will be entertaining. Does Will know that the Deep Threat is for trolling, or is he going to cast it? Next year I will bring a few lures for the auction, an image over embossed foil that I have been toying with this winter. Really flashes in sunlight. Has a great 3-D look to it with the Etex on top. Hopefully Kingfisher won't take up that aspect of luremaking and stick to his airbrush, and let me do this thing. Good luck to all, and if Will loses out on that Copper Carp, I have one that wont be seeing Canadian waters for 5 years or so. King doesn't charge that much for em anyway Wink . the Finn

I'll have to visit his site to see what a Coco perch looks like. It's probably not there yet, only in his head. Too many sniffs of those lead fumes in his basement. 😀 😀 😀 I told him he should melt that stuff outside! Too long a winter. Mike needs some fresh air, lets go fishing, 40's next week. Gotta get da boat wet, getting ansy……….

I am seeing the 60's next weekend! Some models indicate we could come close to 70F in the southwest counties and Indiana. We will see. 8)

That would be great if I could make it to Murray before the end of March. Want to make a pass around with the gps and Garmin and mark items, something I have yet to do there. Anyone been by and seen/guess how much ice there is on there now?

I was intending to buy a HSN 7000 and a beckman net but got out bid, but I still ended up with some pretty cool stuff.
