Hey I know that Will said something about the imitation weagles and how they are not the same. Well I didnt know this when I was at the show, so I am kind of bummed out cuz I bought a couple at 20 a piece. The guy at the rollie and hellons booth told me they work just the same, and I figured theve always been a reliable company soo….I bought into his bs. I'm gonna try them anyway just to see.

Man, I'm so sorry to hear that – that sucks! You bought a bait made overseas that's not made from the right wood and isn't going to perform the same. Did you waste your money? Maybe not, that lure will work as a topwater, basically like a jackpot on steroids but it will NOT do what a Weagle does. It's too bad you bought from R&H and I'm especially bummed someone working their booth lied to you, the guys over at Thorne Brothers would have told you the truth.

I wouldn't hold this against R&H since it was just a person in their booth.

Anything is possible. Also, it's not harassing just stating the facts.

You'll note from the ebay auctions that people understand that a Weagle is different and will pay top $ for them. I don't have a problem when they sell a topwater that looks similar. I DO have a problem when they use a trademarked name (Weagle) to sell their product. Then when they say it will "work just like a Weagle" and it doesn't "swoosh" it's not fair to the customer.
