I've got it on my Terrova. It's not bad, but rely on my Lowrance ducer. I think alot is "lost in translation" and that "universal" isn't that uinversal. It shows depth fine, but detail and readability isn't near what the factory ducer is. (And yes, I know quite well how to adjust and set my HDS sonar.) It's just not the ducer the factory one is, but it's nice seeing depth in the front and water temp is usually within a degree or two of my factory ducer.

I run my front unit as a GPS and my console unit turned around on a RAM as my sonar, so my next trolling motor (Riptide) won't have US2.

So I've never had any problems with it, I just don't rely on it as my primary source of seeing the bottom.
