It's getting to be that time of year again and I am starting to look for volunteers for the Ultimate Sport Show. The show is MARCH 20 – 23 and has different hours each day. I will be there Thursday and Friday, but still need a lot of volunteers for all days. This is an amazing chance to talk with the public and spread some information about the fish we love. Please PM or reply here if you can work any day or time.

I've never heard anyone say they didn't like working the show. Volunteer to work it for a couple hours one or two days! You'll get in the show for free, there's free parking if you ride the shuttle over and if you time it right someone might even buy you a beer.

I can do 5 hours on the Friday, whatever time is needed.

I would really like to help again, but it looks like I will be closing on a house right around then so I can't commit just yet. I was a little nervous about it last year but it was a lot of fun.

I can help any day from 2-9 for sure. When my wife gets her work schedule in mid Feb I'll know if I can be there earlier or later.

Jason, thanks for coordinating everything. My daughter and I can help out on Saturday, preferably in the afternoon for 3-4 hours.

Awesome count so far, guys! Let's keep it going! This is probably our best chance to spread information to the general public so let's do our best to get as many volunteers as possible. A lot of us bitch & moan about people not knowing how valuable these fish are, not knowing regulations, or not knowing about the new muskie tag. Well this is an oppurtunity to change that and get people educated!

Guys this is a good deal. I can't make it this year, but I did this a couple years ago and it's a blast. Like Jason say's it your chance to educate people on these fish.

I most likely will be able to help at some point but I will not be able to commit to a specific day/time until closer to the date. I'll let you know sometime in early March.

Is there a list of who is working the booth at what times or what times still need to be filled? I can go longer on Saturday if needed.

This is what I have so far. Could use another body here and there on Saturday and Sunday. Just remember, you get free entry into the show if you are working the booth so might as well work for a couple hours on the weekend and then go enjoy the show. I also shouldn't really call it 'work' as all you are doing is talking muskies haha.

Unless I get locked up at work I'll set up the show, should also be able to take down. As soon as I know my show schedule I'll let you know when I can work (Tyler too). My guess is I'll be there Friday night and again on Saturday afternoon.

I'll also need to know what we're pushing this year so I can prep signage and anything we want to be able to distribute.

I can help anytime Friday, and sat and sun from 10-2. I don't want to do all that but I will fill any holes in those times after other people sign up.

Duke, can you try to remember to bring your replica to the banquet so we can use it in the booth again this year? The kids LOVED being able to hold it last year. Lotta photos taken with that thing! [smilie=biggrin.gif]
