I change up speeds depending on what is going but its usually a little slower than that. I dont like leaving it sit too long after a pull as my leader gets caught on the hooks quite a bit if the bait is just sitting there. You can catch fish on weagles/satisfiers at any speed really, but i usually fish them pretty slow and 99% of the time on a fish i raised earlier or on a very good spot where i know fish are holding. Heres a video of a guy fishing it pretty fast like a jackpot.
