This is better then the 5 you will not be running. 😈 😈 😈 😈 😈 😈 😈 😈 😈 😈 😈 😈 😈 😈

1. Muskysnax Cranx
2. Kingfisher's Slasher
3. Lokes 10 inch size
4. Large Nils Masters
5. Super Shad Raps
6. 7" Gotcha lures

I put fish in the net on all these but the nils master last year. But I did not have any of the nils masters to run. Looking for some more of the if any one has one to part with.

This is harder to narrow down to just 5 than the other list.

1) Kingfisher's Custom Painted Phantom (it looks so good… and has proven fish catching action)
2) Double Cowgirl
3) Weagles (got a new custom weagle)
4) Wabulls
5) My trusty old 8" believer

I could have listed another 5 no problem

Yep, SDC is just the working name. I have no idea what it will be called.

I thought of this seeing Johns post. Watch the Squirrely anything in a crank bait. I have split two and the rear hooks pulled out 👿 One of whch was on a monster hookset 👿 👿

Anybody got any advice on how to deal with that problem?

Cyberlunge-
That's been a worry of mine with Musky Mania baits for a while. I had a Burt crack on me and a fish pulled out the rear hook on it. I usually inspect every Burt, Jake, or Ernie for any cracks or holes and fill them with a plastic welder epoxy. This has worked quite well for me. BUT, I sure would feel better if all my baits had through-wire construction. Also, I don't usually catch any really big fish so maybe what I am doing won't hold up to a 50-inch hook set.

Nice looking lure, here is the add from their site

The Dragon Claws are 15" version of a Jake/Grandma minnow bait with huge side to side body roll and flash. These baits will dive 15 plus feet and create an action that entices trophy muskies to strike. They are also made out of knottless cedar and have beatifull acryic paint patterns with multiple lays of envirotec coating to make them last. If you like big baits this is one that you cant ignore.

1. Bulldawgs (I'm stuck on them)
2. Little Claws
2. Slasher's (when I'm on St. Clair)
3. Kickin' Minnow
4. Curly Sue
5. Bucktails (used to be my go to bait, but I haven't been throwing them enough)
6. Triple D when fish are deep
7. The Bully (because it has such a nice wobble in the water)
8. Any of the hundreds of other lures I have when I don't have confidence in any of the above
