For those that fish the river where are good access spots? With things warming up early I was thinking of hitting the river.

Gordonville road ramp is pretty good, and I heard it was open today. Still some ice on the river but I was told it was fishable.

There is a ramp at curry park in midland, but when I went over this evening, it was still locked up with ice.

I was thinking more above sanford lake for muskies, I should've clarified.

I think you will have a hard time finding an open ramp above Sanford before season closes. They were still driving trucks on Wixom Sunday.

You can walk in and access most if not all the dams up there- always a good place to try.
