Wonder what they got today. So far 23? What do you guy's think? Not as many in there. Or I'll quote Dr. John "Must have been the right place, but the wrong time"!! So whatever they get today and Monday, that's it?

Over the damned dam, just like Ovid? Wish they'd do something about that, in both places.

At Ovid they have a place to go, here it's not good. Went down stream last Nov and it get's to be about 2' wide and inches deep. With all the rain could be deeper and looking on a map they could end up down by Adrian.

There's got to be something that could be done at Ovid, Hudson and others. How and who to put this in somebody's ear. The only thing I can compare it to is flushing the toilet. Don't they want to do something before they introduce these new fingerlings?

I'll bet they're pulling their hair out. Will be interested to see what happens on Monday with the warming water.

I think I have a solution for the damn dams. Just need to find a university and a student to take on the challenge! The dam was never an issue at Hudson always lots of fish there. If I recall they had days of 80+ fish during the NMUS egg take.

I guess Steve's effort to tell the fish to avoid the nets worked!!!

I think the overflow at Hudson is a problem. When I was down there Monday you could see debris was up 10' on shore. I've seen the dock under water 4 times. A few years back they had a 6 to 7 inch rainfall and it was a mess. Nobody has asked how did the fish do on the re-location ride to Orchard? Sara Thomas seems like a nice person, I don't think she likes me (nothing unusual). I don't think I'm going anywhere with her on the 50" size limit, or maybe catch and release only. Or bringing up the overflow issue. As far as the Muskies listening to me, nobody does, it's Blah,Blah,Blah!!! Now if I could only get the wife to listen to me, OH BOY your in TROUBLE!! 🙄

There are definitely fish going over the dam, how many, that's pure speculation. Doesn't seem like it should be worse then it historically was. The CO said he saw several stuck below the dam last summer though.

If I beached the boat by the spillway and went to the other side with net. If there were muskies on the other side and I brought them back to the lake, would I be in trouble??

So is the transfer of the Hudson fish still going down? Doesn't seem worth it for 23 fish. And were multiple trips all the way to orchard done with fish from different days? Seems like a waste of Human Resources and $$$$$$.

I'll bet they thought they would be done by Friday for sure. That would have been ok. My guess is that if they don't get a bunch on Monday they'll pull the plug.

What did they do with the fish caught last week? Are they in holding pens?
