Very similar to Sanford actually. During mid-late summer it will have a bloom, after a big rain it will get muddy, much of the year it's slightly stained and at times it's VERY clear. Weeds are what you would expect at most natural lakes with the invasives dominating (milfoil and curlyleaf).
