Ugh… I don't see the appeal and I can't believe I tried to watch that even after you said helmet cam… I made it through 10 seconds. Those helmet cam videos make me sick to my stomach… People need to understand that if you're going to wear one you have to hold still and not turn your head all over the place.

BTW – That commnet has nothing to do with you J and is just my opinion.

It's amazing how much the people move their head but I probably do the same thing. The footage from 0:55 – 1:20 is pretty cool though as the fish just sucks down a topraider at boatside. I will probably get a pretty cheap one but hopefully get some decent clips. The last couple weeks I have had a lot of figure 8 hits that I think would be cool to watch and the fish I just caught at Austin would have made for some really cool video as it came completely out of the water when it t-boned the bait.

I'm thinking about trying out my brother-in-laws. He bought one for deer hunting, so needless to say, his is just laying around right now. His didn't come with a mount for a hat, though so I'll have to rig something up. He mounts his right to the tree.

J- FYI – he found his on Ebay, and ended up getting it for around $100. Included everything he needed to record. Don't remember the name, though.

I have been looking on there and see some good ones for that price; just waiting for christmas to get here so I can buy it. Dont know how big his camera is but here is a little thing you might be able to try.

Hey jason,

MC sports in Grandville is clearancing out their helmet cams for 99.97.

Cheapstingybargains.com had the same cam for 69.00 I think-you may have to look at the archives from last week. Lots of that technology out there and you can spend major bucks if you want on aviation grade helmet cams!

Keep it steady!
