What price did you try to match? Usually retail stores will only match prices from another actual store within 'X' amount of miles. It'll be hard for them to ever match internet prices, but still stinks if he told you he's match any price on the phone. How was their selection otherwise?

Daiwa Lexa in store was 279 same reel on Amazon was 200. I honestly didn't think they'd match it but he told me on the phone he'd even match online prices. Their selection is definitely the best musky selection in the area. They carry musky innovations, musky mayhem, phantom, believers, mepps and I'm sure I'm forgetting others. They had half an aisle of musky stuff. They have a fair amount of musky rods as well. From okuma, St Croix and they have the bull dawg rods as well. The reel selection was ok as well.
