Today I talked with a non MMA member in Muskegon that fishes Murray Lake with good success. I told him MMA was having a booth at the GR show this year. Thus, he will be visiting the MAA booth and probably joining MMA. I've got two others ready to join. The MMA booth will do well with signing up new members and a whole lot of public education to boot.

Which makes me think, how are we going to sign people up?

Just like we did/are going to do at the MI show. Just have the signup sheets there, and they get entered into the database a couple days later.

Step 1.
Hand them a brochure with the membership form.
Step 2.a.
They can take the form/MMA brochure and join online through the web address provided.
Step 2.b.
They can complete the form and hand it to you with a check.
Step 3.
We will then mail in the form/check for them.
"We" actually "do" nothing it's all done through Muskies, Inc.
Oops, my mistake. My membership comment should have been on a different thread. I was thinking about MMA logo on the shirts at the time. It was the MMA logo and Wolf Lake patch on my jacket that got the person attention and talking to me leading to the membership conversation. Therefore, does the MMA have color logo patches for sale? The Wolf Lake Hatchery muskie patch looks good. We need a first class color compliment MMA logo patch. Right now I'm still wearing my banquet MMA logo jacket with MMA on left side and I placed the Wolf Lake patch on my right side. The two pair up visually very well.

No patches, in fact this is the first time anyone has asked about a patch in about 9 years.
