Asking for a favor,
Would everyone please email Heather Hettinger of the Michigan DNR and make your comments regarding closing the torch river to Muskie fishing through June 15 please. Heather is the local biologist overseeing the Antrim chain and this is one of the possible regulations proposed for the next season. We are already hearing reports of people targeting them in the spawning areas and some have been caught (snagged).
