Unfortunately we just got word that they will be drawing down Sanford lake for dam repairs starting 3 days before our outing. [smilie=bangtard.gif] That will make launching a boat and navigation a bit sketchy so we've decided to move it to Ovid. The East pavilion is reserved and lunch will still be provided. Same time different place. You can contact Nick Day or myself if you have any questions, hopefully we have a good turnout, see ya there.

Beach it in the back of the bay that is just to the south of the point that is east of the big island in the middle of the lake (not the big island that has a walking bridge going to it on the park map). Make sense?? The point is easy to find because it has a high bank of exposed gravel facing out into the lake. Then it is a short walk up to a main, wide trail that runs straight north and south like a road. Turn right and walk on that main trail to the East Picnic area
