This takes the cake ! Calls her retarded one day then the next she's the best fisherman/lady on lsc and would out fish any guy on the internet.
Classless. The guy wears his insecurities and ignorance on his sleeve so most people can see him for who he is. Just a shame he doesn't use his platform to be a positive role model in the muskie community.
Good to see they all have a pretty short attention span…
Anyhow. I was thinking about all the new signs that are going to need to be made, in addition to the new signs that need to be placed on newly stocked waters, and we have some work to do! Also, we should think about having the harvest registration website and phone number added to the new signs at least…
Just a couple thoughts.

I've got a bunch of new signs w/ 42" MSL on them waiting to be put up. I don't think we need new signs w/ 46 and 50 just have to get some stickers for different MSL's that can be added to existing signs.

[quote="robhj"]I live in Spring Lake but travel north to Petoskey & Alpena area so I can get some signs or stickers up at lakes where they need to be placed. Perhaps Ican get some at the Lure Swap?
I won't have stickers any time soon.
Any sticker placement prior to March 16 would be premature so weve got time
I’m obviously late on this debate but I’m interested in knowing if these lsc anglers are guides on lsc? If so, do guides have clients that want to keep a 43in fish? To mount? Eat? I have harvested 1 fish in 30 years. That could be because I’m not that successful, but I believe it’s because once you have a big fish mounted you don’t need to keep anymore. Everyone has photos and videos of everything these days. Plenty of ways to save the moment. Are there more fish being harvested then I think?

Not sure I understand your questions??
In a nutshell, many LSC guides and local musky fishermen really do not want year round C&R fishing, a change which goes into effect April 1. They are worried that C&R during the spawn is going to hurt the population. And several loud "voices" from LSC blame MMA for the change and they have dumb conspiracy theories about why MMA wants to destroy the lake and their livelihoods 🙄
They also do not want to open any spearing season for muskies on LSC, which is a current proposal put forth by the Michigan darkhouse association being considered by the DNR.
That's pretty much my take that sums up the whole "controversy" going on for the last several months
