Abu 6500 C-4's have done a great job for me for many years. Easy to clean, have replaced drag parts only once. Clickers are weak but really don't care. These reels are used 99% of the time for casting. Mono or Power Pro they cast great and are smooth. I will not use them for trolling.
Okuma Convecter series line counters have worked great for trolling. Once you set the drag on these you don't have to touch it. You can smoke the drag on these reels and they don't miss a beat. I snag my share of trees, rocks, and other stationary objects and they are tough.
I have casted Calcuttas, they are nice,but can't justify the cost.

The GS reels are an over the counter warranty which I think lasts as long as you own the reel.
