Interesting topic actually…

I think sometimes we can jump the gun a bit which often translates into lost fish. Then again I'm not much of a believer in a hamer hookset so maybe that goes with the territory of the finesse set.

Human reaction times depend on eye brain and then brain hand transmission times (latter is an electro-chemical signal ..so fairly slow
eg relative to a pure electronic signal..)..Can depend on size of person to some extent
(path length of signals)…and on age ,,, sobriety ..etc
0.2 sec is typical …
(so eg most people cant catch a 100$$ bill dropped thru their fingers..
…but I use a fake 100$ bill for that tho…especially for kids..who can catch it on occasion..and besides I/m lucky to have a real 20$ bill on me..especially with gas at 3$/gal)

Note that Mike Jordan couldnt hit major league pitching very well..maybe too tall..arms too long..(but more likely brain wired for basketball..not 95 mph fast balls, change ups etc..but being tall, long arms etc didnt help him wrt reaction time)

So only fish with height-challenged partners..(and net handler) ??
