There is a very tough, shallow launch, at a park on the north end of the lake. It is pretty easy to find. Make sure you bring the 4WD and the waders, you will probably need them. The launch is extremely shallow, and usually you will have to back in past the hard surface onto the sand… which has resulted in quite a few people getting stuck if they don't have 4WD.
