Love the Sky Cam, Shell wants one but it wont be the same without Jason's towering frame to wear it . Nice job on the video Jason. We both like the choice of music as well. Outstanding!! Mike and Michelle

Thanks! I just wish I could zoom in as the under-water headshakes and jump would be even better.

It shoots in HD and you can zoom in during post production significantly before degrading the quality especially if it's only intended for web use. On decent HD vid you can zoom in by 100% or more before quality suffers too much. See below (this screen shot isn't good to start with and you can see how minimal the image degradation really is)

What program are you using for that? I should have said I cannot zoom in with the video editing software I have, but maybe I just haven't found it yet.

I'm not sure about any of the consumer level editing software like iMovie or MovieMaker and/or if it will allow you to increase the image size. My guess is you'll need a more powerful editing tool like Final Cut (Mac) or Adobe Premier (PC or Mac). Both aren't cheap $299-799 but really the only way to do decent editing.

We run the high end I-Mac stuff here on a few machines, if you ever need to use it your welcome to visit for the day, I have Adobe Creative suite, and Sony Movie studio plus platinum on my laptop as well if you ever want to try those out.

I have a contour camera. I like it better than the co pro, but that may be more personal preference. Here is a vid that I took last December, sorry, its not a ski.

And here is how I have mine mounted to a hat.

I like that those cam's aren't fish eye, but at the same time you gotta purchase an extra water proof kit as well for an extra 40 dollars..

Both have pro's and con's
