I didn't want to disappear from the forum without saying goodbye. Basically, I no longer have the "fire in my belly" to chase muskies. I want to thank people like Will, Jason and Tom for being so kind and helpful. And many other I never personally met who have enriched my experience in the 12 years I was a member. I wish you all the best. It's a great organization in good hands.

Charlie, are you still in the red Lund? (Or has my old brain lost another cell…) I hope you stick one of those big thick brown-backed Murray pigs this year. One of them will make a trolling mistake this year, might as well be on the end of your line. Thanks for being there to support us in our hour of need, when no fish were showing up, and to pat us on the back on those occasions when the stars aligned. I will probably see you on the water.
