To go along with everyone's 2018 goals, what new techniques are you going to try this year? I'm going to try trolling a little more and see if I can get some friends/family members a fish that way. Also want to catch a fish on a Bondy bait. Not sure how much I will try jigging, but want to feel what a hit is like using that technique.
My main goal is to hit a few trophy waters in late fall. Havn't had many opportunities in the past few years.
Also, kinda like what Jason and Matty said, fish some lures outside my comfort zone: Bondys, large glides, big rubber, and smaller bucktails. And maybe, just maybe…….. I'll try not to switch lures so often too. Haha
