You have to wonder whether the Asian carp will have their window of opportunity to streak through the electrical barrier and trickle into Lake Michigan with the flooding conditions over there right now. With luck those little leapers will stay where they are.

well there have been reports of fish in Sarnia already, so they'll be in lake huron and st. clair river/lsc in no time….wonderful, going to invest in a steel cage to put on my boat..

The last report from the Sarnia area I saw turned out to be a lone adult grass carp which have turned up 3-4 times in Lake Erie over 10 years or so. The high water will help move the big head and silver carp around. My gut feeling sadly believes it is only a matter of time before the electrical barrier is breached.

These fish are bad news for sure.
