Are you guys planning your fishing days or trips around phases of the moon? I've been doing some reading and looks like New and Full moon periods are typically the best times to fish. How and when are you planning around these times? Any advice on this topic would be great like when's the best times to go around these phases? How many days after a full or new moon are good fishing days? Specific times? Just wondering how important it is to many of you? Have a great day!
They can help, but local weather always supercedes… It is no silver bullet… I personally tracked it for a while mailnly on LSC and saw almost no correlation. However, when fishing on Ottawa and St. Lawrence, there is an amazing correlation. Probably do to a much stronger tidal influence being closer to the ocean???
