Anybody ever have any dawgs start to get that super sticky feel, almost like it is melting? What do you do with them?

Not sure on the year, but I think it's a pounder that' at least a few years old. It has always been kinda tacky since I've had it. It melted the sealant and caused a slight mess in my fancy custom made pounder box…

I wonder if it had a reaction to the sealant

That is likely the problem right there, like swanezy said. Something with the custom box is reacting with the plastisol. There have been some variations with the plastisol over the years some are more reactive than others.
