Hopefully, we can make this point very plain with the display of materials in our booth.
Years ago Steve Worrall and regulars on his MuskieFirst site collected money to give to low-income or otherwise unemployed parents of kids who had to have surgery at distant hospitals. The kid's medical cost was usually covered by Medicaid. We gave the cash we collected to the parents so they could afford to travel and be with their kid during the time the kid was in the hospital.
