Did you ever get one somewhere, Kelly? I had my 8" Jake's lip go flying off when I casted it last Saturday… 😡 I've sent an email to MuskyMania, but've had no response yet.

That's all I have. I have all new ones. But I think I remember seeing them out of wood too…

Well my friend got a jake from Dick's in the gville mall, and im pretty positive its wood, little heavier and stronger, the packaging on them is totally different than the jakes i got from drifter too. It's pretty strange, but ill know for sure today, finally gettin out for the first time in a while. If its not wood they definitely use a different type of plastic now that is much lighter and not nearly as sturdy

Whole new meaning to lip service. I fish with alot of Crane baits. I had 3 where the lips were destroyed. I sent a e-mail to Bill Crane to see if I could get them repaired, he said to get them to him before they run another batch. Sent them off and forgot about them, cause I have plenty more. So the other night I remembered them and sent him a e-mail to see how it was going. He said they were done but it would be a couple of weeks cause they were working on a very large order for Rollie & Helen's. This was fine with me and I sent him another e-mail to see what I owed him for repair and shipping. His reply was nothing and said if I would have sent him a bunch, he'd just charge me for shipping. I thought Bill and his wife Sharon are some very special people, with a good company and product. I'm still going to send him money for shipping and a picture of a 42" muskie in the net with a 305 Crane bait right next to him.
