"Thorn in our side", "muskie watchdog" and even "the best organization we work with". These are all things that have been said about MMA by the MI-DNR over the the last 23 years. There's always work to do and until we have it just right there will always be a "to-do" list.
As of today, we can check one more off that "to-do" to do list. Starting April 1st, 2025 Lake Hudson will have a 50" minimum size limit. It took a while and constant pressure but it will be done this regulation cycle.
