We didn't get the Ice-Out trophy away from the Hoosier Musky Hunters and neither did the WLMC. The HMH put up an impressive 6 points per angler, doubling MMA's 3 points per angler, with WLMC a distant third. There were 22 fish caught by 76 anglers, the HMH caught more than 1/2 of the fish. MMA didn't loose because of a lack of opportunity and a few lost fish would have meant the difference in taking home the trophy.
None of the MMA members placed in the individual awards, this hasn't happened since the first IOC. HMH members took the top three individual spots (top three got paid). MMA members were right there though with Chuck S. 4th (32.5", 38") and Will S. 6th (41").
