I like where you going there Steve! Unfortunately I wouldn't hold much hope in getting much from them. Their history in mid Michigan is a public relations nightmare. There are people on here that know a lot more of the why than I do! Anyhow, I imagine their recent add campaign is more of local damage control than anything…
JP is right that Nestle’s current ad campaign is total perception/image damage control, which is a shame because they have been unjustly crucified in the court of ignorant public opinion.
They do donate a ton to different causes, and I’m sure a small amount might be possible though. like JP said, the muskie cause wouldn’t rank very high and wouldn’t gain them much political capital, but I wouldn’t be surprised if they did a small donation to a good scientific based pitch.
