Just took a quick look, not surprised at all. I think if explained in detail that 75% of people would get it, 20% wouldn't want to get it because of their agenda and 5% are simply unreachable.

I see that it hasn't been done yet but others brought up regulations. Please don't post anything about potential regulation changes.

I've been milling that over a lot. Black lake, call it 1/100 acres, has 100 fish available. Give 5% exploitation, leaves five. Give half for the tribal people, we are left with 2.5 fish, split between hook and line and spearing. I think anyone would take that quota [smilie=brows.gif] .
