You guys make me laugh every year!
I suppose one of these years I'll be wrong but until that time I'll continue to say I'm 100% sure the lakes will be open.
The following is from a similar thread last year and if I went back to previous years it would be the same story. The lakes went from 14" of ice to open in six days.

Chae Dolsen told me on friday they still had 14 inches of ice. It will take wind ,rain and temps in the 50's to open up all the lakes around there.
