We had a lot of fun in the Ranger… It was a busy lake, but nothing too out of the ordinary for summer. We raised 6 fish throughout the day with Mike S. brining a 40 in the boat. One of the other fish was low 40's, but nothign spectacular. No real consistent pattern to be had. Raised fish on cranks and blades. Sorry we missed lunch guys! We just felt the time on the water trumped the burger and beer… Althought we talked a lot about it…

The turnout was great and made past attempts look pathetic. Thanks for those involves with the coordination.

I would like to thank everyone who helped provide information on the launches, lake and lunch locations. I must apologize that my casting addiction kept me from lunch, sounds like I missed some excellent hamburgers. Nice fish Jim. And it was a perfect day to be out on a beautiful lake.

I got my first GLS, a 38 incher, casting at about 2pm.

Lunch at the Raft was great and I think every time I'm in the bay that we'll go there for lunch.

Fishing was great but other than one little one we didn't close the deal. I think we had 15 fish up. Two around 40" that I missed (I still have no idea how they eat a bucktail and don't get pinned for more than a second) and another mid-40's that Dad lost at the net. Trevor caught a muskie, LM bass, pike and rockbass.

I caught a SMB and almost got a 2-foot bowfin…
