Sorry for the basic question, but I've been using a "hook" file for sharpening my hooks. I feel like they get pretty sharp, but it takes me quite awhile. I feel like I end up making some bad moves with the file, that make it worse before they get sharper. I move the file up to the point, instead of starting at the point and moving down. Anyone have any special tricks/tools for ending up with sharper hooks or making the process a little quicker? Thanks!!
