It does sound a little frightening about how they took off the size limit for pike for a number of years because they seemed stunted. They put the limit back in place for the protection of the muskies. But, if there are that many little hammerhandles crusing the weeds, I fear the worst for our little fry friends when they are freshly stocked.
What would be really neat is if we had the money/means to raise the muskies another full year until they were 20-24", then stock them into Hamlin and see the return on survival rates. [smilie=brows.gif]
