Thought I'd share this pic a co-worker sent me the other day. Nice little tiger caught on Gun Lake last week.

I don't think it matters which one is the male or female but I'm no expert. Also from what Ive been hearing not all tigers are sterile. ??? Didn't the speaker 2 banquets ago say they are finding more and more genetic evidence of tigers reproducing some how? Will, Duke, Pete,…. a little help here. [smilie=biggrin.gif]
True that tigers can have mothers/fathers of either species. The odds are better that it had a pike momma and musky daddy, just because pike egg survival is so much better. But could be the other way, because there are reproducing pure muskies in Gun- last stocked in 1983.
And also true that a small percentage of tigers are fertile and can reproduce!

You got one too?! I've always said, the best chances to catch a ski in Gun is going to be from the opener through 2nd week of June. [smilie=brows.gif]
if it was mine it wouldnt be on the floor… but it was a good friend of mine. Two tigers in a couple of weeks sounds like an interesting development.
