I have been offered a free booth for the show but don't want/need it. I can have the booth for MMA but we will need to staff it during show hours. We would need at least one person Thurs., two on Fri., two on Sat., and two on Sunday.
Here is the info:

Let me know if you think we can make this happen, I need to let them know soon.
Boy, talk about getting a chance to educate the public in one of the most populated cities in Michigan. And a FREE spot no less! Guys, we got to try to make this happen. Put me down for half a day shift on Saturday. You want the average Joe to know WHY he has to put a muskie back if he catches a legal one? Here's your chance. If we don't put all our efforts into education, we have no reason to complain when people kill muskies. [smilie=2c.gif]
The charter members of MMA may remember we had a booth at the GR show many years ago. We sure didn't have much to work with back then. I borrowed a old mount of a 51" tiger musky speared from Hamlin Lake at the time just to show the public a big fish. As bad as that was the public was impressed! Last year at the GR show Larry Holmes just sat in his skimpy darkhouse booth. You can easily put the darkhouse booth to shame. Today you have a beautiful display, mounts, and educational materials just waiting to show off. I know the DNR, MUCC, and the other musky guides would love to see MMA at the GR Show. Go for it!

[quote="Will Schultz"]I'm signing the contract for this today… no going back now.
If all else fails, I'll just man the booth whenever we have openings.
It's going in the newsletter this month too. Hopefully we get at least 1-2 more people for each day. Sure would be nice to have it split into 2 hour shifts.
